How To Refresh Facebook Cache

If you’ve ever created a brand new post or page and then immediately tried to share it on Facebook you’ve probably seen that it doesn’t work so well. The same applies for your social media bars and other sharing utilities such as ShareThis and AddThis. This is normal. Facebook has to crawl/index the new page in order to show the correct information.  There is now a way using the Facebook Debugger tools to force a Facebook refresh of the page cache. Visit the following link, enter your full URL and click Debug.

You’ll need to refresh your site and/or Facebook if it does not work after running the debug utility.

If you know of a better way please share it with everyone below.
